DH 96BG has been designed in order to control Electroplating process. This instrument is able to measure and control Amperes per hour or per minute that flow through the bath.

It has two optional cards (see optional cards page):
- Two change over output relays
- Four simple contact relays

Each relay can be assigned to each Amperes per hour or per minute counters, after that you can set reference value and reset mode (manual or automatic) can be selected. In automatic mode you can programme, in seconds, when counter should be reset and relay disconnected.

Relay number 1 and first Amperes per hour or per minute counter can be reset by external contact: using a closed contact or an electrical signal (5 to 48 V d.c.).

Order to limit the maximun instantaneous current generated by the rectifier, relay number 2 can be used as a maximun current alarm. In that case generator is protected in front of overloads and short-circuits.
