Chronometer
The DH 96CT is a high-accuracy hour meter of 5 digits, wich acts like a chronometer with a time base that is configurable in seconds, minuts or hours. The instrument permits to set the visualization with one or two decimals so that the measurement accuracy is increased.

The instrument has a control input and a reset input to reset the counter to zero. The control input is equipped with an internal filter to neutralize the effect of the rebounds provoked by the mechanical contacts. The maximun frequency of this input is 100 Hz.

Pulses counter
The DH 96CT is an accurate pulse meter of 5 digits with a maximum counting frequency of 20,000 Hz. (Optionally until 65,000 Hz).

The instrument offer an auxiliary supply for proximity switchs type NAMUR, NPN, PNP and encoders. The auxiliary voltage gived is 8 V stablized and 12 V no stablized, choosed through internal jumper.

   Up: 0 to 99999
   Down: 99999 to 0
   Up / Down: Between 19999 and 99999

Chronometer and pulses counter
The instrument set-up is keep in a EPROM memory, whilst the time counter is saved in a non-volatile RAM memory, thus avoiding the value loss in case of a power supply lack and annulling the inconveniencies of using of a battery supplied system.
